I can't find a product I'm after. Can you help?
If you can't find a product you're looking for on our website, then there's a good chance we'll be able to locate and ship it to you within a reasonable amount of time. Please send an inquiry to info@thevintagetheatre.com and someone will get back to you usually within 24 hours.

Can I order by telephone?
Absolutely! It is faster and more effecient if you place your order online, however, if you would rather speak to a representative, you may call us toll free at anytime. If we do not answer, please leave us a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.

What are your delivery costs?
All delivery / shipping charges are clearly listed for each item. Please click the "add to cart" button on the item(s) you wish to purchase and follow the instructions. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to email or call us.

What delivery methods do you offer?
Orders are usually sent via Priority Mail or First Class Mail with delivery confirmation from the United States Postal Service. UPS, FedEx, or DHL is available as well for larger orders or quicker shipments. International orders are normally sent via USPS Airmail or Federal Express International.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted by TheVintageTheatre.com (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We also accept personal checks, certified bank checks, and money orders.

How long will my order take to reach me?
We aim to dispatch your goods within 3 business days of receiving your order or payment clearing.

Returns and Refunds?
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you need to return any defective merchandise to us, you can do so for an exchange or replacement at any time, providing the items are in their original condition. When you return your goods please retain tracking information from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
