Return/Replacement Policy:
We guarantee your complete satisfaction on all of our merchandise. We work hard to provide the highest quality possible and are not happy until you, the valued customer, are completely satisfied. If for any reason you believe our merchandise is defective, we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply return the product to us and we will send you a replacement the very next business day.

To request a replacement, please send us the following via email to: info@thevintagetheatre.com.

2. Your full name and mailing address
3. A brief description of the problem you experienced
4. DVD Equipment make, model, and year

We will then reply within 72 hours with a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA#).

Ordering:
You may order directly from this web site by one of three ways:

1) You can browse our site and click the "add to cart" button next to any item you wish to purchase. Each item you choose will be added to your "Shopping Cart," which can be viewed at any time during your visit simply by pressing the Shopping Cart button. Payment is required before any order is shipped. You must use a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) to order on line. Credit cards are charged immediately even if orders are not ready to be shipped. Please follow all instructions on the Web Order Form and make sure all the information you enter is correct.

2) You can pay by mail using a personal check, certified bank check, or money order. Simply click the "add to cart" button next to any item you wish to purchase. After done shopping, click the "Pay by Mail (printable order form)" selection.

3) Any order can be faxed to us at (914) 206-4775. Be sure to include correct billing, shipping and credit card information.

DO NOT SEND CASH. All foreign payments must be in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. Bank (we suggest international money orders). Be sure to include correct shipping charges with your order (see Shipping Charges for appropriate charges). Personal checks may delay orders for up to two weeks. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

Pricing:
Prices are for internet orders ONLY! Prices are subject to change without notice. Specials and Introductory Offers can not be combined with any other offers. Shipping and Handling charges are mandatory and non-negotiable unless a specific item is offered with FREE SHIPPING. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Delivery Time:
Most in-stock items are shipping within 3 business days of payment clearing. Back ordered items may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Actual delivery time depends on method of shipment chosen.

International Orders:
Canadian customers, be sure your rate of exchange is correct. We cannot guarantee safe delivery on foreign shipments. Customer is responsible for all tariffs imposed by importing country. ALL DVD'S AVAILABLE IN REGION FREE FORMAT.

Limited Liability:
All recordings included on our DVD-R collection discs have been verified as being in the Public Domain. If you believe that you are the copyright holder of any of the recordings advertised on this site, please contact us with proof of ownership. If your claim is legitimate the item(s) in question will be removed from sale.

It is understood by the customer that all of the DVD Collections sold by TheVintageTheatre.com have been individually compiled from ORIGINAL FILM STOCK sources. These sources have an inconsistent level of preservation associated with them. In accordance, the playback experience may vary on any DVD collection purchased. Every effort has been given to maintain true DVD quality, but the customer understands and accepts that some level of imperfection is present in each film and that level of imperfection can vary significantly between films.

TheVintageTheatre.com will NOT charge any customer with HIDDEN fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed to you after you have entered your shipping information and selected correct shipping method.
